Job Description : VP UPI PAYMENTS MUMBAI INDIA Design and implement new Payment products like PPI, POS, Payout etc Bring new UPI products features to market collaborating across cross-functional teams product, engineering, growth, compliance, business finance etc. Develop Bank as a Service(BAAS) platform Perform in-depth competitive analysis market research (primary & secondary) to put together market views on various payment products Possess in-depth domain knowledge of payments technical systems, API integrations and ecosystem-wide developments. Should be able to address queries, data requirements and escalations from different stakeholders. Represent Fino in the payments ecosystem interfacing with stakeholders from banks, regulatory bodies etc. to execute our vision and initiatives Thrive at building relationships, influencing cross-functional teams and leadership teams on strategic execution of key projects. Be curious & passionate about fintech & payments. Drive research on fintech landscape & competitor analysis and contribute to strategy projects. Be obsessed with user and merchant experience with a strong execution bias Regularly analyze operational & product data funnels. Come up with insights to bring about improvement in success rates processes.
