Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager (Pasta) Location : Mozambique , Experience : More than 12 years of experience in pasta production The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall plant operations and maintenance, strategy development, and providing functional direction to supervisors in order to achieve the assigned production objectives. Direct all activities related to operations and production in accordance with Global Supply Chain’s business plan and the strategic goals of the Company and business units. Ensure input and packing materials availability for uninterrupted plant operation. Direct and manage the overall production plan for the operation, including supervising the day-to-day operations that come with implementation. Carry out all other duties as may be assigned by the business leadership Expertise in Pasta Technology Willing to relocate to Africa Good hands on Troubleshooting,People Management, Supply Chain Management and equipment maintenance
