Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD PVC PIPES KENYA Post Graduation / Graduate with additional 2 Years full time PGDM in Marketing from reputed & recognize university / Institute Experience 19-22 Years of experience in the field of Retail & Project Sales, Business Development, Dealers & Distributors Management, Market Intelligence, Product Pricing etc. Technical Skills • Ability to design and effectively implement both short-term and long-term business strategies • Sound understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational strategies and techniques • Plan & design long and short-term sales strategies for Sales Team • Framing & implementation of marketing plan. • Responsible for increasing market share of the product basket. • Responsible for increasing profit by framing judicious production, pricing and sales policies to cater to newer markets and to existing markets. • Sound knowledge of PVC, UPVC, CPVC, HDPE, Plastic etc.
