Job Description : ENGINEERING HEAD NIGERIA Detailed knowledge of Projects & Maintenance Hands-on experience in a multi-discipline environment Strong management, delegation, planning, leadership & communication skills Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, MS projects, ERP and related tools Projects execution as per agreed Timeframe, Specifications and CAPEX budgets Progress reports on Budget Vs Actual, Project time-lines and qualitative aspects Lead continuous improvement on operational excellence in mill & rubber plants Develop a strong management team to plan, implement and control the maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment, heavy machinery and vehicles Coordination with internal and external stakeholders In consultation with Plantation, determine mechanisation needs for quality, productivity and efficiency improvements. Compliance to company laid down procedures as per MATS standard To organize maintenance teams with requisite skills for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and execution of projects in the plantation To ensure uptime and uninterrupted availability of Equipments Develop reliable vendors for spare parts and maintenance services To prepare capital expenditure and annual maintenance budget proposals in line with business needs.
