Job Description : CEO CARGO INDONESIA a seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a proven track record in the Aviation/Transport industry. This role presents an exciting opportunity to establish and develop business operations in the Indonesian market, achieving customer experience and process targets while driving profitable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock and orders, pricing for existing and new products, and supporting various teams through feedback gained from market research. You will be tasked with achieving customer experience and process targets, as well as driving sales to achieve profitable growth. Your role will also involve managing stock and orders, setting pricing strategies for existing and new products, and providing valuable feedback to various teams within the organisation. Your extensive experience in the aviation industry will be crucial in steering the company towards its strategic goals. With a minimum of 18 - 20 years' experience under your belt, you have a proven track record of developing businesses within this sector. Your charismatic leadership style inspires those around you. A willingness to travel frequently both within the country and overseas is essential.
