General Manager

Job Description : GM FACILITY MANAGEMENT DUBAI one of the leading Facilities Management entities in the markett, is seeking a seasoned General Manager for their Facility Management division, specialising in both soft and hard services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimise facility operations within a tier one organisation in the UAE/GCC region. Oversee the management and delivery of both soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping) and hard services (maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals Coordinate with the COO to align facility management operations with organisational goals Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure service quality and operational efficiency Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders Implement and monitor performance metrics and KPIs Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency Minimum of 20 years in FM with 5 years of experience in facility management within the UAE or GCC region Proven experience in managing both soft and hard services Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in facility management software and tools Strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Master’s degree in a related field is preferred Professional certifications such as IFMA, BIFM or equivalent are desirable Experience in managing large-scale facility operations is advantageous
