As a Fleet Logistics Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. Your role will involve managing logistics across the Philippines, ensuring that all routes, drivers, and clients are well-coordinated. You will develop strategies to streamline operations while maintaining the highest security and safety standards. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you lead a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, security personnel, and field supervisors. You will also be responsible for implementing strategies to prevent trip cancellations and developing crisis management protocols. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Oversee the day-to-day scheduling, routing, and optimization of 600 vehicles across the Philippines. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, agencies, and vendors. Lead and manage a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, security personnel, and field supervisors. Implement strategies and contingency plans to prevent trip cancellations. Ensure that all transportation operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. Use data and analytics to monitor and improve operational performance. Develop and manage the logistics budget. The ideal Fleet Logistics Manager will bring a wealth of experience in logistics, transportation or security operations. You should have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team across multiple locations. Your excellent organizational skills will enable you to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role as you will interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in logistics management software such as TMS or GPS tracking systems is a must. A solid understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and security protocols is also required. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. 15+ years of experience in logistics, transportation or security operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in logistics management software (TMS, GPS tracking systems). Solid understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.
