Job Description : GM MALL JAKARTA INDONESIA Open to International candidates GM Operations (Mall) to oversee and manage the operational aspects of their extensive portfolio of malls. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities, security, maintenance, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with tenants, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to enhance overall customer and tenant satisfaction. Oversee operational aspects of multiple malls Coordinate with tenants and manage budgets Implement strategies to enhance customer and tenant satisfaction As the GM Operations (Mall), your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all operational aspects of the malls are running smoothly. This includes everything from housekeeping and security to customer service and tenant relations. You'll also be tasked with implementing plans that not only control the budget but also generate profit. Your role will involve maintaining safe, efficient, and attractive operations while ensuring emergency preparedness in line with company regulations & guidelines. Furthermore, you'll liaise with various internal parties within the mall such as engineering, leasing, and marketing teams to ensure seamless mall activities aimed at achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure all mall operations run smoothly including housekeeping, security, customer service, tenant relations, and landscape management Implement plans while controlling the budget and creating profit Maintain safe, efficient, and attractive operations while ensuring emergency preparedness in accordance with company regulations & guidelines Liaise and communicate actively with all internal parties in the mall (e.g., engineering, leasing, marketing) to ensure smooth mall activity and reach customer satisfaction Proactively create and develop strategic business plans & budgets The ideal candidate for the GM Operations (Mall) position brings a wealth of experience in building or facility management. With over five years in a senior managerial or similar executive role, you have honed your skills in planning, budgeting, and facility management. Your excellent communication skills enable you to liaise effectively with various stakeholders including tenants and internal teams. Your outstanding organizational and leadership skills allow you to manage complex operations efficiently while your problem-solving aptitude ensures you can navigate any challenges that come your way. Proven 5+ years experience as a Senior Manager or similar executive role in Building Management or Facility Management Experience in planning and budgeting Knowledge of Facility Management Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude
