Job Description : HEAD OF IT JAKARTA INDONESIA to oversee and drive the IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives for the company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations, infrastructure deployments, and digital security in similar environments. As the Head of Information Technology, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way the company utilises technology. You'll develop and implement a strategic IT plan that aligns with the company's objectives. Leading and managing the IT team, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all IT activities are cost-effective and comply with regulatory standards. · Oversee and optimize the IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance for mission-critical applications, including network infrastructure, data centers, and cloud solutions · Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support innovative business solutions, with an emphasis on automation, data analytics, and IoT · Ensure robust cybersecurity practices to protect company and client data, maintain regulatory compliance, and implement data governance policies · Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration · Stay abreast of latest IT trends and technologies and implement them as appropriate The ideal candidate for this Head of Information Technology role will bring proven experience in leading an IT department, along with strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure. · Experience with threat intelligence, incident response, and the latest cybersecurity tools and technologies, especially in telecom environments and certified in industry-recognized certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are highly desirable · Familiarity with telecommunications regulations, networking protocols, and the security challenges specific to cellular network infrastructure · Strong background in cybersecurity, including risk management, security policy implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards · Proven ability to lead secure, large-scale IT projects, especially in high-security environments · Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly for identifying and mitigating security risks in complex infrastructure
