Job Description : General Manager – Shipping (India) Work location: (Mumbai – India) Mandatory Requirements: ? Master Mariner/ Ch. Eng ? 5 Years’ experience in shore based and 15+ years in shipping ? To run the Office/ Indian Entity within the ambit of governmental laws, rules and regulation ? Liaise with Principal’s office on various manning related matters ? Advise principals on changes in requirements in line with changes in the Shipping Administration requirements ? Develop, implement and maintain quality standards and employment conditions for seafarers. ? Identify, monitor, develop and maintain new and existing seafarer recruitment areas
