Job Description : DEPUTY CEO OMAN Deputy CEO A leading fully automated casting plant is seeking a Deputy CEO to support the CEO in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. This role will focus on improving production processes, ensuring quality, and optimizing costs in the wheel manufacturing sector. LOCATION: Sohar, Oman REQUIREMENTS: • 15. YEARS IN SENIOR MANAGEMENT, PREFERABLY IN MANUFACTURING OR AUTOMOTIVE. • STRONG LEADERSHIP, FINANCIAL ACUMEN, AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT SKILLS. • DEGREE IN ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURING, OR BUSINESS (MBA PREFERRED). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • LEAD OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS, QUALITY CONTROL, AND INNOVATION • MANAGE FINANCIALS, OPTIMIZE COSTS, AND OVERSEE RISK MANAGEMENT.
