Job Description : GM EDIBLE OIL REFINERY MOZAMBIQUE Industry: Edible Oil Refinery Experience: 20-30 years (with at least 5 years as Head of Operations in an oil refinery) Overall responsibility and accountability for the Manufacturing and Production function of Khopoli Oil Refinery, which will include people and budgetary management. Overall Purpose of role : Strategic Implementation: - Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals. - Drive operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders. - Provide technical support and strive for best practices. Leadership and Motivation: - Inspire and mentor teams to achieve excellence. - Provide clear vision and direction. Performance Metrics: - Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across manufacturing functions. - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Health, Safety, and Environment: - Prioritize HSE issues. - Implement Lean Business strategies and drive continuous improvement.
