Job Description : HOD: Plant Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical & Control & Instrumentation UAE 15+ years experience Interviews in first week of December and joining date of joining 06/01/2025 Overall responsible for Preventive / Corrective / Break down maintenance and associated improvement activities of Plant Equipment and apparatus (Mechanical / Electrical & C&I) to ensure smooth running of the process with availability & reliability. Coordinate breakdown repair, Predictive and preventive maintenance requirements for all manufacturing / process equipment. Identify and develop standards for equipment repair and set up practice of Condition monitoring for critical rotary equipment and accordingly schedule predictive maintenance to prevent consequential damages. Prepare monthly and annual maintenance budget, purchase requisition, and monitor the inventory of spare parts (inventory analysis) and support procurement department by providing technical specification / recommendation for Spare parts and consumable in time to eliminate downtime of the equipment / batch of production. · Vendor development and credential review / judgment for repairing / manufacturing of machine spare parts (general / in situ), negotiation and analysis, defining scope of work / preparation of contracts documentation. Preparation of SOP and JSA (Job Safety Analysis), implement safety policies and assure safety controls in maintenance activity. Overall documentation / special maintenance procedure write up for future records. Report preparation for various Management meetings (Agenda / MOM) Coordinate with concerned department for Continuous Improvement of process.
