Job Description : Quality Assurance Manager Location : Abu Dhabi Experience & Qualifications required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A recognized certification in quality management or auditing (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO). 10+ years of experience in HR, quality assurance, or process improvement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance), HR information systems (HRIS), and digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR regulations in the UAE. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a passion for driving quality and efficiency. Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
