Commercial Manager

Job Description : COMMERCIAL MANAGER UZBEKISTAN To monitor receivables and payables, in coordination with the farming operations team to support farming cycle and activities To perform variance analysis (budget and actual analysis on all headings), monitor stock positions and escalate in case of deviations To conduct stock reconciliation activities every 6 months (physical checking), anchor month end closure activities and timely reconciliation of accounts To be responsible for the end to end vendor management process and ensure compliance with stipulated guidelines To conduct physical verification of warehouse as per the defined standards To be responsible for the annual budget preparation and rollout, audits, legal issues among others To ensure adherence to all compliance's (statutory, TDS, VAT, pension, filings, legal etc.) on time To prepare MIS reports and to ensure adherence to planning versus actual parameters To share projections on the financial health of the business and suggest actions to improve the same To provide regular training and guidance to team members Qualified CA/CMA Minimum 10-12 years of experience after completing Chartered Accountancy 5-7 years of core experience in Commercial activities is required
