Job Description : 2W SERVICE HEAD NIGERIA 20+ years experience Training: Planning, organizing, and conducting training on servicing, repairing, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting Dealer network: Appointing, developing, and handling dealers Service policies: Ensuring dealers comply with service policies and systems Customer complaints: Handling customer complaints and customer retention activities Service network: Developing or expanding the secondary service network Service review meetings: Organizing and conducting service review meetings Spare parts sales: Achieving spare parts sales targets Team leadership: Leading or supporting the service team Equipment functioning: Checking the overall functioning of 2-wheeler equipment and its usage by the dealer service staff
