Job Description : Dy. Manager- Process Engineering(Plastic Mould) BOTSWANA Experience :- 18+ Yrs Qualification :- BE/B. Tech/ Dip Salary :- Up to 6K USD PM plus benefits # In House Assy line Process Design: 1- Prepare Micro plan for line development activities as per MDS 2- Conduct Design reviews as per development plan 3- Ensure timely completion of Inhouse process design (including Automation wrt Safety, Quality etc) 4- Review and approval of Process documentation (PFMEA/Control plan/PCC etc) 5- Review Line layout design & Capacity and seek approval of ME head 6- New Line Setup, Installation # Design and Mfg of Jigs, Fixture, Gauges and Assy Line set up 1- Conduct Process design reviews as per Micro plan 2- Review of Standard part library for Jigs/Fixture/Gauge design 3- Jigs/Fixture/Gauge design review and provide approval 4- Process Qualification/Process capability establishment 5- Validation of Final testing machine6- Conduct LVPT and HVPT and ensure corrective actions AS applicable
