Job Description : FINANCE HEAD UBAI a global brand, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and elevate its financial operations as part of its strategic growth. This role will ensure alignment with ambitious organisational goals, driving financial performance and supporting the company’s continued success. As the Head of Finance, you will be a key driver in shaping the financial direction of the organisation. In this role, you’ll work closely with executive leadership, crafting and implementing financial strategies that underpin long-term growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing financial insights that guide strategic decision-making. This role also encompasses optimising cash flow, managing financial risks, and enhancing internal controls to safeguard the organisation’s assets. Additionally, you’ll be leading a talented finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across all financial functions. Your contributions will be central to driving financial performance, supporting business expansion, and solidifying the company’s market leadership. 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within the FMCG sector. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CA qualification preferred. Proven track record in designing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth and enhance profitability. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
