Drive workforce planning, safety culture, and training initiatives at plants. Address labor law compliance and operational HR challenges. Requirements: Master’s in HR or related field, with 15 - 20 years of HR experience. 5+ years in a leadership role, with strong plant HR management expertise. Expertise in labor laws, workforce management, and employee relations.
