Job Description : EXPAT SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE DIRECTOR VIETNAM Supply Chain Finance Director to join a global FMCG company based in HCMC, Vietnam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and drive critical projects to deliver strategic agenda, Value chain management, Risk management, Cost efficiency management and promote finance leadership and team development. As a Supply Chain Finance Director, your role will be pivotal in driving product launches and cost optimization. You will work closely with various teams to evaluate ROI and NPV, analyze product cost impacts, and monitor the profitability of the product portfolio. Your expertise in financial forecasting will be crucial in overseeing the monthly financial forecast process and reporting the cost of sales. You will also provide comprehensive financial analysis on forecasts, including volume, price, and mix breakdowns. Collaborate with the Operations team to evaluate ROI and NPV, analyze product cost impacts, and monitor the profitability of the product portfolio. Serve as a key member of the finance leadership team, offering guidance and support to team members. Relevant Degree along with ACCA or CPA certification. At least 10 years of experience in a global FMCG or similarly dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge of finance systems. Strong expertise in strategic analysis, planning, and performance metrics in large global organisations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills Solid commercial acumen and project management capabilities.
