Job Description : EXPAT HR DIRECTOR VIETNAM a highly skilled and strategic HR Director to drive their human resources vision and objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business strategies into effective HR strategies that align with the company's overall vision. You will work closely with Leadership Teams, fostering relationships built on mutual respect and trust. Your ability to facilitate cooperation between departments will be crucial in enhancing employee relations through meaningful communication strategies. You will also lead the organisational design of the company, proposing changes as necessary to meet evolving business needs. Additionally, you will oversee the HR centre of expertise, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and timely recruitment for all open positions. Partner closely with Leadership Teams to ensure HR goals align with departmental strategic vision Foster relationships with key stakeholders built on business knowledge, HR expertise, integrity, respect and trust Provide leadership in the development of short-term and long-term HR plans and initiatives Act as facilitator between departments to maximize cohesiveness and cooperation Drive the organisational design of the organisation, proposing changes to meet ever-changing business needs Lead HR centre of expertise to ensure strong talent pipeline and timely recruitment for all open positions Design and implement a comprehensive rewards system that includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and incentives. Develop and execute performance management programs including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans. As an ideal candidate for the HR Director position, you bring a wealth of experience in human resources management along with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Your extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, laws, and regulations will be invaluable in this role. You possess a strong strategic mindset coupled with excellent analytical skills which enable you to plan and execute effective HR programs. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to negotiate effectively while resolving conflicts. Above all, your high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards set you apart. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 15+ years of experience working in HR management or similar role In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, laws, and regulations Strong strategic mindset and analytical skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
