Job Description : Head of Finance Transformation and S4 Hana Implementation MALAYSIA seeking a dynamic Head of Finance Transformation and S/4 Hana Implementation to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. * Key role in promoting financial process digital transformation * Leadership position overseeing process owners across APAC * Opportunity to drive standardisation and continual improvement projects As the Head of Finance Transformation and S4 Hana Implementation, your role will be pivotal in driving the digital transformation of financial processes across the region Provide leadership and supervision to process owners across Asia Ensure proper operation of processes and resolution of system issues Drive standardisation of end-to-end processes post SAP HANA implementation Lead or participate in global project teams for S4HANA implementation Assist in identifying success measures and improvement opportunities for shared service functions As the ideal candidate for the Head of Finance Transformation and S4 Hana Implementation role, you bring over a decade's worth of experience demonstrating global business acumen within a multinational organisation. Experience with SAP implementation, particularly HANA Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proven ability to identify and manage continual improvements in accounting operations Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
