Job Description : GM FLEXIBLE PACKAGING KENYA BE/B.Tech/Diploma with 20-25 years of exp in Extrusion Lamination, Lamination & Slitting from Packaging Industry Handling manpower, machinery, materials of Flexible Packaging. Should be overall responsible for controlling and monitoring of production process. Develop short and long-term plans for production growth, efficiency with top class quality. Should be overall responsible for achieving targeted plan as per production planning. Should be overall responsible for accountability of wastage and each job clearance up to dispatch. Should have Technical, operational knowledge and hands on experience of Printing, Lamination and Slitting process (Solvent base, Solvent-less, Water-base), handling Inks, Coatings and Adhesives. Should be overall responsible for achieving planning targets for achieving capacity of machine. To monitor and ensure timely availability of all material on the shop floor before execution the production planning. Should be responsible for sanctioning the leave of workers and production employee. Training to the existing & new crew for new machine/technology. Should be overall responsible for no leftover material pending for any process. Should have good experience to handle audits/ SOPs/ Hygiene standard at shop floor Must be well versed with ERP system, Microsoft Office, and email to generate reports and leading the team.
