Job Description : REGIONAL MANAGER KENYA FOR EAST AFRICA Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the agrochemicals, tractors, and agricultural machinery segments. • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales targets. • Establish sales processes, metrics, and KPIs to monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement. 2. Market Expansion: • Identify market opportunities and potential areas for expansion within the assigned region(s). • Formulate market penetration strategies and drive initiatives to increase brand visibility and market presence. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including farmers, distributors, dealers, and industry associations. 3. Product Management: • Collaborate with the product management team to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Provide feedback on product development initiatives and contribute to the launch of new products and solutions. • Ensure effective inventory management and distribution of products to meet customer demand and optimize sales performance. 4. Customer Engagement: • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and channel partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their business outcomes. • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and training sessions to promote products and services and gather feedback. • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Team Development: • Recruit, onboard, and train sales team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enable their success. • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability within the regional team. • Conduct performance evaluations, set clear goals and objectives, and provide regular feedback and recognition to drive employee engagement and development.
