Finance Director

Job Description : Financial Director Salary: AED 60-65k. Job Overview: The Finance Director will oversee the daily operations of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while also managing treasury, banking, and financing arrangements. Additionally, the role includes oversight of project-based finance, ensuring effective cash flow controls, funding, and liquidity parameters are in place for both ongoing operations and upcoming projects. On the control side, the Finance Director will manage compliance and risk within the regulatory framework, oversee audit processes, tax governance, and statutory filings. This responsibility extends to the development and delivery of financial reporting, internal controls, and financial management across company entities. The company seeks a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) with a proven track record in operational financial management and reporting, as well as experience in strategic finance, business support, and investment analysis. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the UAE and/or GCC property development sector, with a solid understanding of project delivery and investment perspectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the regulatory environment and the dynamics of project funding, banking, treasury, and broader market trends and cycles. Proficiency in detailed financial analysis using Excel and the ability to develop planning tools and capabilities are essential. From a soft skills standpoint, the candidate should have a proven ability in team development, senior-level reporting, and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships across various disciplines.
