Deputy General Manager

Job Description : Dy. General Manager DUBAI Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Science, or a related field. Experience : Min. 15+ years of experience in Pharma Plants, API / Bulk Drug. Target Industry : API / Bulk Drug (Nutra will be an added advantage) KEY INDICATORS: - Lead and manage the QA & RA department, including staff development and performance management. - Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, WHO). - Oversee the preparation for and coordination of audits and inspections. - Collaborate with other departments (R&D, production, regulatory affairs) to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle. - Manage validation, qualification, and change control processes. - Ensure the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and practices to meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. - Investigate and resolve product quality issues and non-conformances. - Develop and execute quality assurance strategies to support product development and manufacturing.
