Finance Director

Job Description : Finance Director Salary: AED 40k. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily financial and accounting activities of the Company, including bookkeeping, invoicing, treasury management, and other relevant finance and accounting functions. • Regularly monitor and forecast cash flow and regulatory capital positions. • Manage and support VAT, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting, ensuring adherence to Economic Substance Regulation, FATCA/CRS obligations, and Transfer Pricing policies for the company and associated funds/SPCs. • Direct and coordinate with both external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with finance and tax filing requirements for Novus companies and funds. • Collaborate with auditors as required by applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including overseeing audit services for various SPVs and Funds. • Prepare, review, and file regulatory annual financial statements/reports in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. • Compile management accounts and annual financial statements for the Company. • Generate interim and other management reports for senior management and the Board. • Supervise payroll and staff remuneration systems. • Handle other ad hoc finance tasks as needed. Requirements: • Proven experience working with jurisdictions such as the UAE, Cayman Islands, and the Bahamas. • CMA qualification is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the UAE. • Strong expertise in accounting, treasury, payments, cash flow management, and VAT compliance.
