Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager (Pasta) Location : Mozambique , West Africa Experience : More than 12 years of experience in pasta production Roles & Responsibilities The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall plant operations and maintenance, strategy development, and providing functional direction to supervisors in order to achieve the assigned production objectives. · Direct all activities related to operations and production in accordance with Global Supply Chain's business plan and the strategic goals of the Company and business units. · Ensure input and packing materials availability for uninterrupted plant operation. · Direct and manage the overall production plan for the operation, including supervising the day-to-day operations that come with implementation. · Carry out all other duties as may be assigned by the business leadership · Expertise in Pasta Technology · Willing to relocate to Africa · Good hands on Troubleshooting,People Management, Supply Chain Management and equipment maintenance
