Job Description : GROUP HEAD PRODUCTION JAMAICA FOR BISCUITS AND SNACKS Candidate with 25+ years experience in handling confectionery and preferably with experience in snacks are eligible to apply Company has been in operation since 1923 and consists of 6 units which are of biscuits x 3, snacks x 2 and a single baking unit Spread all over the Caribbean region, the incumbent is expected to increase efficiency, reduce costs and increase profits in the production aspect of all 6 units Must be a food technologist and come with GMP and LMP experience Highly qualified and able to handle large workforce with multi culture and multi nationality Ready to roll up sleeve sand get hands dirty when needed and at the same time interact with the share holders Incumbent will be a part of the group management committee
