Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER QATAR a leading Oil & Gas company to find an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary EPIC projects in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project execution, business development, and overseeing complex projects such as pipelines, pump stations, and storage facilities. Key Requirements: 20-25 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, with at least 15 years in the GCC Expertise in large-scale project management and leading cross-functional teams In-depth knowledge of international standards (ASME, API, NACE, etc.) Experience with plant shutdowns and midstream infrastructure Qatar experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
