Job Description : BLOW MOLDING IN CHARGE NIGERIA 10-15 years experience · Plan Day to day activities according to plan. · Strict compliance to Preventive, predictive maintenance. · On time attending machine Breakdown. · OEE target and maintain machine efficiency not less than 95%, & Machine uptime. · Maintain process waste less than 1%. Rejection control and analysis. · Input / output ratio both on preform, Raw material & packing material. · Skills development and training to bottom line and subordinate. · Maintain machine and mold maintenance history & update history card. · New Mould trial , testing and process setup. · Knowledge in New product development. · Attending customer complaint and make any new trail at customer end success. · Hands-on Machine & Mould Maintenance experience. · Strong Problem-Solving Skills with Good knowledge on tools like TPM, 5S, Kaizen. · In depth Knowledge in Preparing & Implementing Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Improving Overall Efficiency, Reliability and Safety of Plant Equipment, Machineries & Utilities with OEM guidelines & to plant environment conditions. · PET & HDPE material processing experience · Managing all production & Maintenance activities on shop floor. · Should be able to ensure quick response and corrective action to any problem related to man, machine, material, and method. · Manpower planning and deployment. · Spare parts control, inventory control and management. · OEM contact when and where required. Desired Candidate Profile Mandatory Blowing molding machines Experience:- · SBM Machines:- · Sidel linear (SR 2/4N, SR 2/4 N (HR), SR1/4 , · Sidel rotational high-speed machine SBO 8,10, universal series ,Krones, SIPA , Filling and Capping line · IBM Machines – ASB, (50MB, 70BPH), jag Mohan, Jon wai Axillaries and ancillary equipment · Utilities: - HP& LP compressors, Chillers, and cooling towers. · EBM Machines:- Bestar, Jon wai, Jagmohan
