Job Description : MAINTENANCE IN CHARGE NIGERIA For PET rigid packaging with 10-15 years experience Principal Responsibility: · Skilled in Maintenance Management activities like Preventive, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown maintenance on machines, axillary & ancillary equipment. · Developing and Streamlining Systems with proven ability to Enhance Maintenance Effectiveness and Meet Operational Goals within the Time Limit in Plant. · Hands on experience with mixed culture of Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic & pneumatic maintenance, troubleshooting throughout his career on IM, SBM, IBM, EBM machines. Understanding Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic diagrams. · In depth Knowledge in Preparing & Implementing Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Improving Overall Efficiency, Reliability and Safety of Plant Equipment, Machineries & Utilities with OEM guidelines & to plant environment conditions. · Work well under pressure, Effective Communicator & Analytical, Decision Maker. · Strong Problem-Solving Skills with Good knowledge on tools like TPM, 5S, Keizen. · Responsible for Spare parts management & inventory control. Continuous Improvement Plans on effectively Reducing Cycle Time, Power Saving, and other Activities. · Resource utilization and optimization. Maintain machine history cards, result oriented systems to improve machine uptime · Team management, Motivation & Training of team and subordinates. · Project execution, Machine instillation & commissioning. · Ability handle plant at multiple location. Desired Candidate Profile Maintenance In charge Mandatory Machines experience:- Injection Molding :- Husky HYPET/HPP, Netstal PET LINE/ synergy, Sacmi IPS, Ferromatic Milacron. Axillaries and ancillary equipment Blowing molding:- Sidel linear & rotational machine, ASB. Axillaries and ancillary equipment Compression Molding :- SACMI CCM, FSM, vision inspection system. Axillaries and ancillary equipment Utility equipment:- LP& HP compressors (ELGI, Atlas Copco, Hertz, Keiser &AF make) Chillers, Mold dryers & Resin dryers (Piovan, Greenbox, husky, prasad make)
