Job Description : Industrial Director- Global Strategy Job location: Pune Industry: Global Company for Automated Solutions Experience: 15+ Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical or a related field Preferred Industry background: Heavy Industries/BHS/Heavy Engineering. Responsibility: The Industrial Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the APAC region’s industrial strategy as well as managing the operations of the Pune factory. This leadership role combines deep expertise in manufacturing with a strong strategic mindset, ensuring that the group’s industrial strategy aligns with long-term business objectives. The Industrial Director will work closely with senior leadership to define, implement, and monitor initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness across the industrial portfolio. This role will also liaise with key stakeholders of the Group.
