Job Description : CEO NYC USA As Chief Executive Officer, you'll lead our client's operations, shaping and executing strategies to drive growth and innovation. Your leadership and industry expertise will build strong stakeholder relationships, ensure operational excellence, and position the company for long-term success. This role requires strategic vision, market knowledge, and proven ability to inspire and deliver results. Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Oversee operations to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals. Lead and motivate teams to foster a high-performance culture. Analyze challenges and implement solutions to drive growth. Stay informed on market trends and industry dynamics. Proven experience as a CEO or similar leadership role. Strongly Preferred Background: Experience with B2B Enterprise Software solutions Experience with SAP-related solutions Proven ability to scale smaller-sized startups Startup founding experience is a plus Securing external funding, including venture capital (VC) investments, to support startup growth and scaling is a plus Strong knowledge of corporate finance and performance management. Familiarity with diverse business areas (marketing, PR, finance). Expertise in corporate governance and management best practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
