Construction Manager

Job Description : Construction Manager-Offshore works Job Summary: Construction Manager has overall responsibility for construction and installation execution on projects. Must have handled/handling manpower of over 200 employees. Exp/Involved in executing project with the value of US$ 100 million or above. Exp in brown field project especially in Well head platforms, Piping modifications. RTU installations, Offshore platform deck extension installation etc.., familiarity. Exp in Marine spread is mandatory. Exp to Manage Mechanical Handling / Lifting / Scaffolding Works for Installation of Equipment’s in Offshore. ADNOC offshore exp is Mandatory. Qualifications: § Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 15 - 18Yrs’ experience on similar field Responsibilities / Authorities (Brief): Liaises with the Project Manager informed of all problems related to contractual, planning & cost aspects. Co-ordinate with CAE construction departments field representatives on matters pertaining to construction progress. Review and approve schedule and progress reports prepared by planning engineer before issuing to Project Manager
