Job Description : EXPAT ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR BANGKOK THAILAND The Accounting Director will report directly to the CEO, overseeing the entire accounting and finance function. This includes aligning financial operations with Publicly Accountable Entity (PAE) standards, leading a team of seven, and supporting IPO preparations.ns. Oversee end-to-end accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with PAE standards. Lead and manage a team of seven, including Costing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly during the post-go-live phase. Support the preparation of budgeting, forecasting, and management reports to aid strategic decision-making. Initiate and manage engagements with external auditors to support IPO-related requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A minimum of 15 years of experience working in a publicly listed company. Experience in preparing a company for an IPO is highly preferable. Strong interpersonal skills, a good sense of humor, and a can-do attitude. Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
