Developing and implementing strategic IT and operational initiatives that align with business goals Enhance operational workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve turnaround times, and increase productivity Oversee the implementation of emerging technologies, such as AI, automation, and cloud computing, to drive innovation Manage IT governance, risk, and compliance, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency through customer expereince to engage the customer engagement and retention The ideal candidate for this IT and Operations Director role brings a wealth of experience in leading IT and operational initiatives.
