Job Description : IT AND OPERATIONS DIRECTOR INDONESIA to lead the strategic direction and execution of technology and operational initiatives. This role will oversee the IT department, core operations, and digital transformation, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability while enhancing customer experience and operational effectiveness. As an IT and Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our client's technology and operational initiatives. You will lead a dedicated team within the IT department, driving the delivery of efficient and effective technology solutions. Your role will also involve managing core operations to ensure optimal performance, as well as spearheading digital transformation efforts to enhance customer experience. A key part of your role will be ensuring the security of all systems and data, as well as scaling operations to support business growth. Developing and implementing strategic IT and operational initiatives that align with business goals Enhance operational workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve turnaround times, and increase productivity Oversee the implementation of emerging technologies, such as AI, automation, and cloud computing, to drive innovation Manage IT governance, risk, and compliance, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency through customer expereince to engage the customer engagement and retention The ideal candidate for this IT and Operations Director role brings a wealth of experience in leading IT and operational initiatives. An understanding of data security protocols is essential for this role. At least 10+ years of experience in IT and operations management, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred Strong track record in leading digital transformation and operational efficiency projects Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance in a highly regulated industry Strong knowledge of IT systems, architecture, and emerging technologies
