Job Description : Commercial Director - Hotel Group, London Location - London Package - Up to £150,000 A new role within a hotel brand for an experienced Commercial Director to join the Senior Leadership Team and add value to the growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing and sales efforts. You will keep well-informed of trends and market conditions to provide strategic input to the senior team. A diverse portfolio of brands and a clear customer base. We are looking for an astute yet dynamic Commercial Director to help expand the offer, increase customer base, drive conversion and deliver growth plans. Budgets and financial viability, marketing strategy, concept development and future vision will all fall under your responsibility as well as the task of linking all brand and marketing on an operational platform– providing analytics down to a customer level and delivering practical strategy for onsite use. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and creative individual who is commercially aware and a natural leader with proven results in strategic growth and development.
