Job Description : VP Merchandising For A Brand ( Liaison Office) Salary: FIXED INR 1 CRORES + VARIABLES PA Location: INDIA Company Overview: A leading MNC Brand is seeking a strategic and highly skilled VP Merchandising to join its executive team. This individual will be responsible for spearheading efforts to secure high-value Knit and Woven s, while ensuring the continued growth and optimization of the operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all aspects of merchandising, marketing, and product development across knit and woven categories. Develop and execute strategies in the apparel industry. Act as the key point of contact for the Vendors, ensuring smooth production flows and high-quality standards. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to plan and support innovative system enhancements. Manage and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Requirements: Minium experice of 20 years in garment vendor management , with a proven track record in merchandising within the industry. Strong network and experience working directly with brands corporate goals. Expertise in product development, production processes, and venor operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to drive continuous improvements and operational excellence across the business.
