Job Description : National Sales Manager – Modern and General Trade Snack Amor is a health food and snacking start up based in Mumbai (www.snackamor.com). We are looking to expand our presence in modern and general trade across India. Looking for National Sales Manager that can establish a sound distribution network for us and expand our presence as a leading brand in the health food category across India. Ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record in establishing and scaling up distribution network from scratch for a health food or a snack brand. There are enough and more rewards (incl stock options) for the exceptional candidate who comes in with passion, dedication and commitment Key responsibilities: 1. Build sound infrastructure for modern and general trade 2. Develop an annual sales revenue and cost plan and be 100% accountable 3. Hunt, nominate and manage leading distributors across India 4. Training, motivation and control of the field force - The ideal candidate will need to be a seasoned sales manager with solid experience in Food Industry sales - Specialized in Channel Sales, Distributors, Hyper Markets and Corporate Accounts. - Experience working in sales of packaged foods (Health / Snack Foods)
