They are seeking a highly experienced finance leader to oversee and drive their India Finance & Accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to support the company’s goals and business objectives. Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, compliance with statutory requirements, and adherence to accounting standards. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, financial planning, and performance monitoring to ensure fiscal discipline and profitability. Taxation & Compliance: Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and adherence to Indian financial laws. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Process Optimization: Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Desired Profile: Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record. Experience: 20+ years in managing finance and accounting functions, with extensive exposure to specific financial operations. Skills: Expertise in financial planning, reporting, and compliance. Strong understanding of Indian taxation and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
