Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Industry: Consumer Durables Location: Gurgaon CTC: Up to 2 CR PA Experience: 22–30 Years Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced CFO for a leading Consumer Durables company. The ideal candidate will come from a promoter-driven company and possess a strong track record in profitability management, P&L oversight, and EBITDA optimization. This role will be responsible for driving financial strategies, overseeing financial accounting and reporting, and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead P&L management, ensuring profitability and cost optimization. Oversee financial accounting, reporting (FP&A), and financial forecasting. Manage EBITDA and provide insights for business growth. Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Develop strategies to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: 22–30 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in promoter-driven consumer durables companies. Expertise in P&L management, EBITDA, financial accounting, and FP&A. Strong background in compliance, audit, and financial reporting. Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
