Job Description : HR & Admin Manager Location, Doha, Qatar Local candidates are preferred. Must have; BBA / MBA or equivalent education in Human Resources. CIPD /CHRM / PHR/ SPHR certification preferred. Min 15 yrs of experience in HR/Admin Managerial role. Prior experience in Oil & Gas/Engineering/ EPIC industry. Adept at Performance Management, Organisation Development, Recruitment/Staffing, Employee Relations, C&B, Manpower Planning, Legal & Compliance, and Administration. Excellent leadership, decision making, Communication & People Management skills. Strong business acumen & Commercial mindset.
