The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing plans to achieve ambitious targets, leading a dedicated international sales team, and driving sales and profit growth. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the international sales team, ensuring they are equipped with effective sales processes and strategic plans. You will drive sales and profit growth, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for expansion. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity will be key to informing your strategic planning. Your role will also involve ensuring that all sales strategies align with the overall company objectives. Develop and lead the international sales team to achieve set targets Create effective sales processes and business development strategic planning Drive sales and profit growth within the international market Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expansion Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning Ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives As the Head of International Sales, you bring a wealth of experience from your 15 years in Sales within the FMCG sector, including 10 years specialising in International Sales. Your 7 years in sales management have honed your leadership skills, enabling you to effectively motivate and inspire your team. Your excellent strategic planning abilities, with a focus on long-term growth, will be key to driving our client's international expansion. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies for expansion will be invaluable in this role. Proven experience in Sales within the FMCG sector Minimum 10 years' experience in International Sales At least 7 years' experience in sales management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term growth Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies for expansion
