We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Transformation (EVP/SVP - Digital and Technology Transformation) to lead our transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, innovation, and business transformation within the global leader sector. This role is critical in driving strategic change and ensuring our company remains competitive and forward-thinking. Lead the development and implementation of business transformation strategies. Drive innovation and technological advancements to improve business processes and customer experiences. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives. Oversee the execution of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization. Manage and mentor a team of transformation professionals. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the top player of the industry. Ensure effective change management practices are in place to support transformation efforts. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in leading business transformation initiatives within the Consulting, Manufacturing, FMCG industry. Strong background in technology and innovation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and deliver results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.
