Job Description : REGIONAL SALES AND SERVICE HEAD CHILE Regional Sales and Service Manager to lead and develop its human team and the operational results of the branches under his/her charge. This role is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial focus, leading activities related to service, sales and business planning processes. As Regional Sales and Service Manager, your role will be crucial in managing, leading and developing the human team and the operational results of the branches under your charge. You will have to clearly communicate the strategies and objectives defined by the company to your team, periodically monitor the results and implement action plans when necessary. Your ability to seek out new business opportunities will be vital, as well as your capacity to effectively manage the business planning process. You will work closely with customer satisfaction surveys and indices, designing action plans when necessary. In addition, you will be responsible for optimizing existing resources in the different branches. Communicate the strategies and objectives defined by the company Conduct regular monitoring of results and develop action plans Finding new business opportunities through networking Manage the business planning process taking into account the market situation Working with surveys and customer and driver satisfaction indexes, designing action plans when necessary Optimize existing resources in different branches As Regional Sales and Service Manager, you will bring extensive management and leadership experience, preferably in the heavy vehicle sector or another related B2B area. Your knowledge of the relevant business and experience in a similar role will be critical to your success in this role. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will enable you to explore positions and alternatives to achieve the best possible outcome seeking mutual benefits. In addition, you will have up-to-date knowledge of the products and services required to fulfil your responsibilities and tasks.
