We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Head to join our team! - Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and quality of products - Lead and manage the quality assurance team - Conduct regular quality audits and inspections - Collaborate with production, packaging, and maintenance teams to identify and address quality issues - Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Manage and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement - 8+ years of experience in quality management in the brewing industry - Strong knowledge of brewing processes and quality control procedures - Experience leading and managing teams - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
