Job Description : SUPER MARKET DIRECTOR DIJOUBTI You are responsible for the following missions: - Manage a team of more than 50 employees: organization and distribution of tasks, management of schedules, integration and training of new entrants - Optimize customer satisfaction by ensuring the proper running of the supermarket in terms of layout and availability of products, cleanliness and price display - Ensure the supply is complete and in line with the needs of the supermarket: optimize the stock of goods while avoiding shortages and overstocks, regularly monitor quality and rotations in accordance with the regulations in force. - Support your team on the ground on a daily basis in the running of the supermarket, ensure the professionalism of your employees and the quality of customer service - Boost your sales and develop the profitability of your point of sale Coming from a commercial background, you have at least 8 years of experience in food distribution in a Hypermarket and/or Supermarket, particularly in the market and cafeteria area. You have developed knowledge of logistics and supply aspects. Responsive, you know how to make decisions adapted to situations encountered in the field. Your leadership and your interpersonal skills as a communicator will allow you to lead your teams towards efficiency and autonomy.
