Job Description : India Operations Leader (Country Head) Location: Chennai, India Company: Leading Engineering/Manufacturing Multinational Organization We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Leader to oversee India Operations, including Sales and Factory Operations. The ideal candidate will lead teams to drive growth and maintain market presence in India. Key Responsibilities: P&L Management: Exhibit a solid track record in P&L management, preferably in flow control, process automation, or mechanical industries. Ability to strategize, challenge, and guide the local sales and factory team to enhance our presence and market share in India. Leadership and Engagement: Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to integrate all stakeholders and maintain a high level of engagement. Strategic Vision: Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement a 5-year strategy plan for India. Business Development: Lead business development efforts, manage critical customer accounts, and act as the face of the organization. Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders. Qualifications: Engineering graduate with 20 to 25 years of experience in running large scale manufacturing set up and P&L management. Must have managed or handled a minimum turnover of INR 400+ crores revenue.
