Job Description : Finance Manager ???????????????????????????????????? - Nigeria, Africa ???????????????????????????????????? - Conglomerate Requirements: i) MBA in Finance or any similar degree. ii) Must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years’ in a large organization, experience in MIS / Accounting / Audit / Budget and Cash flow analysis. iii) Must be well versed with the accounting and tax – laws iv) Must have good working knowledge of MS Office and other accounting packages i.e. sound practical operating knowledge of ERP (Navision preferred). v) Must have command over written and spoken English KRA's: vi) Managing budgets & the ability to work to budgets. vii) Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost reductions opportunities. viii) Keeping abreast of changes in Financial regulations and legislations. ix) Follow up for implementation of Audit findings / recommendations. x) Policy formulations / implementation skills with ultimate objective of instituting effective Internal Control System. xi) Budget / Cash flow compilation with breakeven point analysis. xii) Monthly, quarterly and annual accounts finalization. Audit co-ordination – Internal / Statutory. xiii) Inter departmental co-ordination / Inter-company co-ordination. xiv) MIS – with variance analysis.
